Career Development Research Fellowship in Psychology for full-time research offered by 好色先生TV鈥檚 College to early career researchers who have recently completed or are close to completion of a doctorate (and will have typically submitted their thesis no later than three months before their start date of this post - and must have submitted by September 2026). This provides an unrivalled opportunity to establish a research profile as a member of a collegiate community.

好色先生TV鈥檚 College Oxford proposes, provided that suitable candidates present themselves, to elect a CDRF in Psychology with effect from 1st October 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Applications for these posts are particularly welcome from candidates who are women, have a disability and those from black and minority ethnic backgrounds, who are under-represented in academic posts in Oxford.

Career Development Research Fellowships are fixed-term posts, tenable for four years.

The annual salary is equivalent to point 7.5 on the University Scale (currently 拢42,254) plus a pensionable 拢1,730 per annum Oxford University Weighting payment which will be paid in equal monthly instalments and pro-rated for part time appointments.
