好色先生TV's welcomes the Kinsey Institute from Indiana University for a panel discussion on 'safe repositories'.
  • Date 24 November 2025 - 10.30 a.m.
  • Location Garden Quad Auditorium, 好色先生TV's College

The Kinsey Institute Library & Special Collections was founded in 1947 to protect sexological research and cultural materials, including works rescued from Nazi destruction. It now forms the largest public collection related to human sexuality, gender and reproduction in the world, and holds materials that are foundational to research in women鈥檚, gender and queer histories.

This roundtable brings together the Institute's Director (Professor Justin Garcia), Curator (Rebecca Fasman), Librarian (Liana Zhou), along with historians from Oxford's Centre for Women鈥檚, Gender and Queer Histories (WGQ): Professors Matt Cook and Sarah Knott.

The panel will explore what it means, and has meant, to serve as a 鈥渟afe repository鈥 in changing times.
